In this market, you have two customers: the pet and the tutor, and both are important.”

However, it is not just the opportunities that the entrepreneur should think about when opening his business. Lima also states that liking animals, marrying the establishment’s logistics with humanized service, being professional and understanding the establishment’s rights and duties are important factors.
