On her second day testifying, Heard recounted an alleged rape Depp perpetrated against her using a glass bottle. The actress said that as a result of this fact, Depp lost part of her finger minutes later, an incident that the actor in turn portrayed as the one who caused the injury by throwing a bottle at him.

According to the actress, it all started while they were both in Australia, in 2015, during the filming of Pirates of the Caribbean. At the time they were fighting over a drink and according to Amber, during the argument the bottle fell and broke.

Depp was so upset that he physically assaulted her and threatened to cut her face with the broken bottle.

“At some point, he is on top of me, yelling, I hate you, you ruined my life. I am on the counter, he had me by the neck and he was on top of me, ”Heard assured.

Amber said that at one point she felt a blow to her pubic bone.

“The next thing I remember, I was leaning back on the bar, looking at the blue light. My back was on the counter. I thought she was hitting me. I felt this pressure on my pubic bone and could feel her arm moving. It looked like she was hitting me. I could feel this pressure,” she said.

Breathing hard and holding back tears, the actress added: “I didn’t know if the bottle inside me was broken (…). I couldn’t feel it. I couldn’t feel anything.”
