Warner Bros. Discovery, the new world giant of audiovisual entertainment, already has an executive team. Confirmation comes hours before closing of the transaction that will combine Discovery Inc.’s international non-fiction sports and entertainment businesses with WarnerMedia’s premium entertainment, sports and news assets.

Adria Alpert Romm In the future structure, she will maintain her position as Director of People and Culture, the same position she holds at Discovery, Inc.
CaseyBloys He will continue as Director of Content for HBO and HBO Max.
Bruce Campbell will assume the new role of Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer, with responsibility for US advertising sales, distribution revenue and content licensing; global corporate strategy and development; global streaming platform deals; and the legal affairs of the company. Previously, he served as Director of Development, Distribution and Legal Affairs for Discovery.
Channing Dungey continues as president of Warner Bros. Television Group.
toby emmerich He will retain his position as chairman of Warner Bros. Pictures Group, responsible for Warner Bros. Pictures, New Line Cinema, DC-based movies and Warner Bros. Feature Animation.
kathleen finch She will assume the newly created role of President and Chief Content Officer of the US Networks Group, a new and consolidated organization comprising the company’s more than 40 US networks. nancy danielsdirector of content for Discovery Factual Networks, will report to Finch, as will Brett Weitzgeneral manager of TBS, TNT and truTV; Y tom asheimpresident of Warner Bros. Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics. Finch will maintain oversight of Discovery Lifestyle Networks.
David Levy He will be the Director of Corporate Affairs and will oversee key business functions and groups, including Corporate Relations, Global Government Relations and Public Policy, Corporate Marketing, Global Communications, Corporate Research, Events and Social Responsibility.
chris light will serve as Chairman and CEO of CNN Global, as previously announced.
Lori Locke she will serve as chief accounting officer, a position she held at Discovery. Locke will report to CFO Gunnar Wiedenfels, in a previously announced role.
JB Perretteformer President and CEO of Discovery Streaming and International, will assume the role of CEO and President of Warner Bros. Discovery Global Streaming and Interactive Entertainment, with responsibility for HBO Max and discovery+, as well as all direct-to-consumer services and games of all the world. David Haddad, president of Warner Bros. Games, will report to Perrette.
wild sims She will continue as General Counsel, a position she held at Discovery, reporting to Campbell.
Gunnar Wiedenfels He will continue as CFO, as previously confirmed. In addition to overseeing finances, he will oversee the company’s global business technical operations, as well as real estate and facilities.
Gerhard Zeiler He will serve as international president and be responsible for the company’s business in more than 200 countries and territories. He has held the same role at WarnerMedia and is now adding responsibility for Discovery’s significant international presence. When it comes to direct-to-consumer and international content distribution strategy, Zeiler and his team will have a dotted line with Perrette.
The company will appoint a new director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at a later date. The person occupying the position will report jointly to the CEO and the director of People and Culture. Discovery has acknowledged that it is also actively seeking the person to fill the position of Chairman and CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery Sportsreporting to the executive director. Lenny Daniels, president of Turner Sports and Patrick Crumb, president of Regional Sports Networks, will report on this position.
