“Germany’s Next Top Model”: Heidi Klum throws out fan favorite after customer criticism

The 66-year-old Lieselotte messes with the 18-year-old Lou-Anne in Los Angeles – but with Heidi she can really score with her freshly awakened ambition. For Viola and Inka, the journey at #GNTM has come to an abrupt end.

The competition is getting tougher with “Germany’s next top model”. In episode ten, Lieselotte (66), who is always in a good mood, also notices this. At the dining table, a dispute breaks out between the best ager model from Berlin and the model chick Lou-Anne (18) from Austria. The reason: the younger ones are latently annoyed by Lieselotte’s easy-going sayings (“If I don’t get the job – well, my goodness! It must make me happy!”) and accuse her of simply not taking the competition seriously enough.

“Look, Lieselotte, we’re not forcing anyone to be here!” says Austrian Lou-Anne pointedly. This announcement doesn’t fit Lieselotte at all: “Stop! Careful!”, She replies. Lou-Anne should “not talk to her in such a precocious head teacher’s tone”. The girls would clearly underestimate their ambition: “It has something to do with respect and that’s where dear Lieselotte gets angry!”

“She looks a little horny”

The 66-year-old is desperate to get one lap further and claims a clear view of the mirror and a spot on the podium ahead of the photo shoot, which leads straight into this week’s Elimination Walk. Heidi also notices so much commitment: “Lieselotte, you weren’t looking for UFOs here and didn’t make a funny pose. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!” The model mom cheers enthusiastically.

Guest judge Jeremy Scott from Moschino also loves Lieselotte’s walk: “She looks a bit horny,” he laughs. Heidi to Lieselotte: “Do you know what horny is?” Lieselotte says no. In the end you agree on something between “horny” and “ready to love” – Lieselotte should be fine with that. The main thing is that she’s one round ahead.

Inka hit after being kicked out: “I never expected that”

Inka (19), who recently gave Heidi a short hairstyle during a makeover, is surprisingly out. Nevertheless, Inka does not get any of the four castings this week. During the photo shoot on a rotating kitchen set, she is also unsure. “Sometimes they forget the most important thing: face the camera,” moans Heidi, who then does not spare criticism: “What was the matter with your mouth? You were like a little carp!” Inka reacts visibly to her sacking: “I would not have expected that at all.”

But she is not the only candidate who has to go home: even the crowd favorite Viola (21) cannot convince the model mom. The feedback from customers from a casting is disastrous: “They are afraid to book you because they don’t know what they will get from you,” said the 48-year-old. At the interview for a jewelery label, Viola presented herself as very idiosyncratic. She was supposed to go to her dream job in a crop top with a blazer.

Modeling or helping the homeless?

Instead, Viola talked about the fact that she didn’t know exactly what her dream job was: “On the one hand, of course, I want to be a model and on the other hand, I’m studying social work to help the homeless,” according to the 21-year-old. Her appearance left a lot of question marks. The customer’s conclusion: “I think she’s still a bit between two worlds.”

Even at the photo shoot in the kitchen set and the Elimination Walk, Viola didn’t cut the best figure: “It was a bit half-hearted for me today,” said Heidi Klum. Guest judge Jeremy Scott wasn’t convinced either. And so came what had to come – Heidi’s final sentence: “Unfortunately I don’t have a photo for you today.” Viola reacted in surprise but quickly switched: “Oh, awesome! But thank you. I thought it was really cool too!” But she still cried bitter tears backstage – not because she was kicked out, but because her good friend Inka also had to go home.
