Homemade ice cream

Separate the ingredients in the order indicated in the recipe and follow the method of preparation correctly, there’s no mistake! Come on?

1. Microwave

Very easy and practical, you will surely cheer up the family with the delight!

Ingredients

1 cup of water (240 ml)

1 cup (tea) of sugar

2 egg whites

1 cup (tea) cocoa powder or 1 cup (tea) coconut milk powder

1 can of sour cream with whey

Preparation mode

1. Mix the water with the sugar in a deep refractory and take it to the microwave, on high power, for 10 minutes. Reserve.

2. Beat the egg whites in the mixer and, when they are firm, pour the syrup while still hot and beat for another 1 minute.

3. Add the chocolate or coconut milk powder and the cream and beat for another 1 minute.

4. Pour into a jar with a lid and take it to the freezer for about 6 hours or until hardened (if you take it to the freezer, leave it for less time – enough to be pierced with a knife easily and keep the creaminess).

2. Miracle Ice Cream

Delicious and easy, it only takes 2 ingredients and is one of Ana Maria’s great successes!

Ingredients

2 cans of condensed milk

600 ml of fresh cream, well chilled, whipped in whipped cream (soft peaks)

Preparation mode

1. Beat the condensed milk in the blender for 3 minutes or until it has a firm texture.

2. Transfer to a bowl and gently fold in the whipped cream (add drops of vanilla extract if desired).

3. Pour into a pot with a lid and take it to the freezer until it hardens completely (about 3 hours).

4. Tip: This is the base, but you can spice it up with flavors, like rum raisins, flakes, strawberry or other fruits…

3. Lemon cream

Delicious and refreshing for you to always keep in the freezer and cheer up the family!

Ingredients

1 can of condensed milk

1/2 cup (100 ml) lemon juice

3 egg whites

3 tablespoons of sugar

1 box of sour cream (200 g)

2 tablespoons of lemon zest

Preparation mode

1. In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice until it thickens. Reserve.

2. Take the egg whites with the sugar to the bain-marie, stirring constantly, until they are well warmed and the sugar melts.

3. Beat the mixture in the mixer until it forms a firm and glossy meringue.

4. Without beating, mix the cream and pour it into the bowl with the condensed milk.

5. Add the lemon zest and mix gently until uniform.

6. Pour into a container with a lid and take it to the freezer for about 4 hours or until it hardens completely.

4. Popcorn

Ingredients

500 ml fresh cream

1/2 cup popcorn (pop in butter)

2 cans of condensed milk

500 ml fresh whipped cream (soft peaks)

Caramelized pop corn

3 tablespoons of oil

1/2 cup of popcorn (corn)

1 cup (tea) of sugar

Preparation mode

1. Heat the cream over medium heat without letting it boil.

2. Off the heat, stir in the popped popcorn and let it cool.

3. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve, pressing well to discard the bagasse. Reserve.

4. In the blender, beat the condensed milk for 1 minute.

5. Mix with the popcorn dough and gently fold in the whipped cream.

6. Pour into a pot with a lid and take it to the freezer until it hardens (about 3 hours).

7. Serve with caramelized popcorn and, if desired, with chocolate syrup.

Caramelized pop corn

1. Heat the oil with the popcorn in a popcorn maker and, when it starts to pop, add the sugar.

2. Cover and stir non-stop until finished popping.

3. Transfer to a pan and let cool.

4. Use to decorate the ice cream.

5. “For Now”

No freezer, you can enjoy it in less than 10 minutes!

Ingredients

1 cup of iced milk (cold) [ou 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite + 1/2 xícara (chá) de creme de leite]

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla essence or 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

500 g of ice cubes (enough quantity to fill the jar up to 4 cm from the edge)

6 tablespoons of salt

1/2 cup of liquid alcohol

Preparation mode

1. In a plastic bag with a capacity of 1 liter, place the cold milk (or the milk and cream mixture), the sugar and the vanilla (or chocolate powder) and close the bag (no need to mix), giving a very strong knot. Reserve.

2. In a plastic pot with a lid, with a capacity of 1.7 liters, place the ice, salt and alcohol.

3. Place the bag with the ingredients inside the pot and close it tightly.

4. Wrap the pot with a cloth and shake the pot, shaking it firmly, for 5 minutes.

5. Open the pot, remove the bag and quickly rinse it under running water to remove the salt.

6. Cut the bag, place the ice cream in a pot or cup and serve.
